The textile technology Regenactiv® provides the first generation of MUVU products with their protective properties of the skin. From its beginnings, this technology has been supported by many national R&D projects, until it was implemented as the first technology linked to the MUVU laboratories.
Throughout the development process, the research project of these fabrics was included within the Technological Research and Development Programme 2008 and 2009. This programme was promoted by the Institute for Small and Medium Sized Valencian Companies, with the European Funds of Regional Development, reaffirming the innovative nature of the project and the Regenactiv® technology aims.
In this sense, the incorporation of the research project within these funds is a guarantee of the procedures, the standards and the work of the different lines of action of this project.
Regenactiv®
Regenactiv® is a revolutionary textile technology based on natural polymers of marine origin. This raw material is biodegradable, biocompatible and non-toxic.
At the same time, it provides a velvet touch and does not irritate skin. It is specifically designed for sensitive skin, such as that of babies and other cases of extremely sensitive skins.
The first line of work of the company presented to the public is a collection of 4 models of socks and an ankle brace as the Healthcare products Class I non sterile.
